LHConnects is a team of professionals who know the spa business and the spa experience. The LH team has managed, owned and developed spas, salons and fitness centers around the United States. In addition to overall business acumen, LHConnects brings expertise in business planning, equipment, unique product and service offerings , and interpreting trends.

Lenny LaCour and Greg Hagin have over 40 years of combined spa industry experience. Their articles and columns have appeared in Pulse, American Spa, Skin, Inc, Spa Management Journal, Resort & Recreation Management, Professional Spa, and other industry publications.

Lenny LaCour has been featured in various consumer publications, including The New York Times, Family Circle, Ladies Home Journal, Good Housekeeping, Seventeen and Health. Lenny has directed Backstage Spa, Makeover and Wardrobe Coordination for presidential conventions, inaugural balls, major network television productions, including The Oprah Winfrey Show. His business and artistic talents have been showcased in media events with clients including Jane Seymour, Christy Brinkley, Melissa Ethridge, Dr. Ruth Westheimer, Carole King and John Mellencamp.

Greg Hagin has lectured extensively on spa operations at leading industry events including, ISPA, IESC, America's Expo, American Spa Expo, Medical Spa Summit, and Day Spa Expo. Greg's career in Spa and Resort Operations includes general management of Resort and Destination Spas, Spa Product Distribution and Education, and a graduate degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
